The Divine feminine can be interpreted in various ways, depending on who you ask. First I consider The Divine Feminine as an archetype embodying high ends of the feminine energy which is associated with creativity, caring, selflessness, compassion, emotional, love, and intuition. It makes sense that religious doctrine with female goddesses have these qualities in a divine way and it is introduced in teachings with the help of their stories, arts, and ways of worships so that all the individuals can resonate (get influenced by their feeling brain) with the Goddesses and embody her qualities within themselves to build an ideal society and world eventually. This archetype is observed in almost all the religions as 'Shakti' (Hinduism), Isis (Egyptian pantheon), Athena (Greek), and Mother Mary (Christianity) and so on. In an archetypal perspective, by looking at the tarot cards (commonly used in occult practices) especially the ‘The Rider Waite Lovers card’ keeping aside the meaning of the whole card but looking at the esoteric symbolism, we can see that the man represents the will or passion and masculine energy (the fire) which is the conscious brain, he points to the female on the right; the female representing the subconscious mind and feminine energy (the water) who further looks up at god conveying that the key to god is the subconscious… The point is that subconscious is associated with all the above qualities of The Divine Feminine if you did some research. Thus leading to the question may be the subconscious is the divine feminine? Well, the analogy above made is the foundation of ‘magick’ (yes with the k)and various other occult practice.

Another way I consider Divine Feminine is as an entity or energy, a Goddess; I first learned about this in the school of Gnosticism where Samael Aun Weor talks about her; referring to her as Mother Kundalini which is the burning fire of the holy spirit, She is Mary, Maya, Isis, Adonai, Insoherta, Rea, Ciheles and so on. He states that she is a Cosmic force, the laws of cohesion and planetary gravity were created by the mother herself, also the infinite space, sparkling planets we created by the adorable Mother Goddess. Referring to her as the beautiful reality itself or one may consider the illusion (Maya) we live in…..I also learned about the divine feminine in another perspective through a friend... a devotee of the Hindu goddess which was deeply insightful considering numerous questions of mine being answered.

.

This may sound airy-fairy or mumbo jumbo to some of you, I understand but we cannot discard the fact that so many of them have experienced The divine feminine in various forms… so keeping an open mind can bring us closer to Truth rather than be ignorant. Thus The Divine feminine is a paradox for the seekers, a potential for the religious, and for the knowers…….
